The young Maitane Alonso Monasterio de Sodupe has received the 1st prize and honorable mention at the youth science projects fair Exporecerca Jove, held in Barcelona from 22 to 24 March, around food How to preserve food and not die in the attempt? with work.

Maitane has arrived at the Exporecerca Jove fair this year with the award of the Elhuyar Science Fair 2017 and has won the opportunity to attend the science fair of Chile to present its scientific project.

In this food conservation project he has accompanied parents, families and businesses.
