25 educators from the European project STING, coordinated by the Elhuyar Foundation, will work this week in Amsterdam to prepare a methodology that will help science teachers train on gender equality.

The project, led by the Elhuyar Foundation, began last year and has the participation of four universities and scientific museums experts in the teaching of science and gender. The aim of this teacher training programme is to reflect on how to make teaching more attractive than science, technology and mathematics teachers give to children, as well as to provide training and resources to scientific teachers.

This training was created in collaboration with international teachers and centres, teacher trainers, scientific centres, universities and other educational agents. The educators who will be trained in Amsterdam will give a training day in January to interested teachers, in collaboration with the Berritzegune of Eibar. The registration period for this training in Eibar is open and can be made here.
