In the 2018-2019 academic year, the registration period for the Elhuyar Zientzia Azoka project is open from 24 September.

Zientzia Azoka is a project fair developed by young people from Euskal Herria that aims to internally live scientific research and technological development.

The project aims to complement formal scientific education by developing basic and transversal competences through the Research-based Scientific Education methodology.
It is aimed at young people between 12 and 18 years of ESO and Baccalaureate. Young people will design and develop, in small groups, a research project and a technological project, in collaboration with professional researchers of the university.Registration is FREE and

The main festival of Zientzia Azoka will be held in Bilbao on 11 May 2019.
