Elhuyar collaborates in the promotion plan of the Basque of Araba 2019-2022

After two years of work, the Provincial Council of Álava will publicly present its strategic plan to promote the Basque country in Álava for the period 2019-2022. Elhuyar has worked as a consultant and facilitator to make the plan feasible, transversal and measurable, and the result is what will be shown today to the Basque industry and other social agents of Álava.
In collaboration with the Servicio Foral de Euskera de Álava, Elhuyar has developed a system of indicators. In fact, as important as the development of the plan is the implementation of appropriate evaluation and monitoring tools. This system contains a number of indicators, some strategic and some management indicators, which allow us to analyse the degree of compliance with the Plan from different perspectives. In this follow-up, the Euskera Foral Service of Álava County, Elhuyar, will also collaborate.
