The Kilometroak 2015 festival will be held in Usurbil on 4 October. The initiative, in addition to paying for the new building of the Ikastola Udarregi, also aims to influence social values. Thus, they have developed a decalogue of an inclusive society to work on inclusiveness. It aims to transform the mentality and attitude of Gipuzkoan society towards dependence, emphasizing 10 basic principles, in a clear and synthetic way, that allow citizens to understand and assume it with ease.

Elhuyar, along with other leading entities and companies of Gipuzkoa, has joined the decalogue in the firm of June 18. The contribution will be twofold: commitment to support and promote the principles and contribute to the awareness of Gipuzkoans with the theme.
