Igor Leturia, partner of the Language and Technology unit of Elhuyar, has been appointed new member of the IKT Special Commission of the Basque Advisory Council of the Basque Government's Deputy Ministry of Language Policy.

This Special Commission, created just over a month ago, consists of 20 members. These people have been chosen for their "specific knowledge and experience of mission and object of study."

However, we already had a representative from Ehuyar at the Basque Country Advisory Council, at the Special Committee on Terminology: Alfonso Mujika. He has been one of the experts of this Commission since 2008.
