On December 16, the board of trustees of the Elhuyar Foundation met to approve the 2016 budget. In addition, reviewed the most significant projects of 2015 and decided to reward the merit of the CAF-Elhuyar awards. The meeting was attended by founding partners Xanti Goñi, Jose Mari Rodriguez Ibabe, Josu Waliño and Eustakio Arrojeria; individual partners Jabi Duoandikoetxea, Imanol Telleria and Rafa Bañales; Arantza Diaz de Zuildiputación and Javier Albergo. The secretary was Alfonso Mujika.
