The Tecnopole Technological Park of Ourense hosts from today until Friday the 10th edition of Galiciencia, in which two groups of young people from Euskal Herria selected at the Elhuyar Science Fair will participate.

At the Science Fair held in Bilbao last April, two groups of young people were selected by a group of experts to present their projects at the scientific fair Galiciencia, held in Ourense from 18 to 20 November. The Fair of Galicia will host fifty-two projects, which this year has reached its tenth edition.

The Betabot group of the Ikastola Lauro will present their work “Opening communication channels in education” and the Little Scientist group of the Ikastola Lauaxeta will present “Tobacco, the main enemy of our lungs?”.

Through the agreements signed by Elhuyar with national and international scientific fairs, the aim is to reinforce the scientific experiences of young people, influencing the empowerment of young people and encouraging scientific vocations.
