The European project COMBI (Communication competences for migrants and disadvantaged background learners in bilingual work environments) aims to develop methods to improve communication skills in bilingual work areas. The project takes into account the linguistic diversity of Europe and aims to help migrants who want to work in health surveillance communicate in a minority language. It is not that students acquire full capacity, but that they can communicate in the workplace in a retail language.The
